Jenny is the current president of NORML/Students for Sensible Drug Policy. She is also on SSDP's national Board of Directors.
She is a hopeless activist, and follows cycles of sanity and insanity because of it. She recently organized a massive weekend, consisting of an SSDP conference titled "Drug War: Menace to Society Since 1914," and Rock Against Racism.
In fall 2005 she was a Green Party candidate for Ulster County Legislature. She was recently elected to her second term as an at-large member on the New Paltz Green Party steering committee.
